Based in the heart of the Karoo, Jo Ellis is a seasoned producer, mix engineer and session musician.

He has worked closely with PolyForge Media founder Deon van Heerden for over a decade, and has produced everything from video game soundtracks, trailers and film music to pop tunes, rock anthems and country music.

An accomplished multi-instrumentalist and songwriter in his own right, Jo has provided session guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo and vocals on hundreds of recordings, including his own celebrated compositions.

Every PolyForge Media production passes through Jo Ellis' studio to some degree, but clients making use of our Production for Artists will be working in close collaboration with Jo throughout their projects.
